Photo of my Daddy's youngest sister taken in 1955. I designed this layout in my Silhouette program...figured out how big my photo was, where I wanted to put it, and then figured out how wide my journaling could be to fit. Printed the journaling on a 12 x 12 piece of white card stock, then added some papers from Recollections - Marsh Flowers paper pad (from Michaels). Butterflies were punched with a MS punch and I added tiny bling to each butterfly. I also added a pen stitched border around the layout. I won't print the journaling, you can probably read it.
