I like this base paper, then I would make up a banner or horizon strip from the stripped paper. I would use the page to the left with the diamond pattern for matting your photo, along with one other. Complimentary cardstock would be fine.
Your photo is in deep brown tones, so they should look nice together. In summary, I would use the last three pages in a mix of ways, ink the edges of your papers with "vintage Photo" by Tim Holtz from his distress inks line or similar color ink. That will pull everything together and enhance the feel of a heritage page. Also, I would use some of the banners from your words page too. Maybe cluster with a few flowers and possibly punch the edge of your paper and lay it against a dark brown cardstock to frame the whole thing. Good luck and have fun!
