I wanted to make a special card for my daughter to remind her how much she is loved. The photo is of the two of us when she was younger, and she is now entering 7th grade! Time goes by so quickly. I first blended ink on watercolor paper, stamped in distress oxide, stamped with embossing ink and clear powder. I used double-sided tape to adhere the ribbon, sewed on the bells, then added the pop up picture and metal tag.
