Layout for our DGS going back to school.
It is for the Rockin' Scrappin' Grans monthly challenge. It was Sharon's turn. She listed scrapping elements from a to z. We had to use our name to choose what elements we would use.
C-corrugated paper
A-acrylic paint (blue on the corrugated pieces)
T- a tag (under the middle photo that says First Day)
H- hexagons
E- enamel dots.
It was a fun challenge. I might do my last name.

Stamped sayings on the talk bubbles were made with my very old Making Memories tiny stamps.
Only problem I had was that when I got done I realized the blue cardstock had an extra piece with the name of the company on it. That made it larger than 12x12 and it wasn't going to fit in the page protector. So I hacked off a little bit on each side.
Journaling: Schools were closed in March of 2020 due to the Covid-19 virus. Our families followed the rules: stay home, don't socialize and later wore a mask. Come September and the virus was still killing people. No one knew what to do about opening schools. There was a lot of confusion. Your school district decided to open up. You were required to wear masks. You were happy to go back.
