Haven’t done the journaling yet ... I sit on the board of our condo community and, as you might expect, we hear lots and lots of complaints - often petty or are just unreasonable expectations. So I took a walk around the neighborhood and took photos of all the pretty flowers, funny signs and the like, to post on our community FB page to remind ourselves how lucky we are in the larger scheme of things. but last weekend I took a walk around my neighborhood My home may not be big, socializing is stymied, I’m on the computer for hours (for work) and I think my clothes are shrinking. BUT...I have a comfortable home surrounded by gorgeous gardens (not mine) and lovely neighbors, I have friends who care and with whom I can meet up with every once in a while, I have work when many do not, and tighter clothes mean I’m eating well. In a short sentence: I have a grateful heart.
