I used a punch/piercer, that my husband bought for me at Harbor Freight, and a ruler to pierce around the layer edge. I used a die to do the pierced hearts. Ranger inks were used for the background. Then, i used a baby wipe to remove the color inside the hearts. The roses are by Fun Stampers Journey.
I used the die to stencil hearts on the envelope.
