On Sunday, after finishing a detailed card, I still had some time to play and made these ephemera cards using scraps. The leaves were some I had diecut out of chipboard and the cuts just wouldn't go through. I had intended to use them to thicken up a couple of leaves I cut from cardstock. Anyway, when the cuts wouldn't go through the chipboard I was going to toss them and then thought better of it. I set them aside. They had been sitting on my desk for several days when I thought I would use them on these little cards.

First I stamped the script onto the creamy-colored cardstock, inked around the edges, tore some more script paper to lay on top of the background paper, used bits of lace that Jess sent me, added my leaves, died silk ribbon and twine from Carri and finally beautiful butterflies from Reneabouquets. Then I sprayed with TH Antique Bronze Distress Mica Spray. On to the next picture to see what I did with them.
