Following up on my last LO, here’s the food! Perfectly seared giant sea scallops on creamy, cheesy, risotto perfectly cooked. The sweetness of the scallops with the saltiness of the risotto - with a hint of rosemary - was a perfect combination. And for dessert...a perfect vanilla bean creme brulee. I can still heat the crack of the thin layer of slightly burnt sugar. With a strong cup of coffee, it was the perfect finish to a lunch treat.
