Inspiration for this card was from watching Amy Rysavy of Prairie Paper and Ink make a card for a color challenge that required using the colors orange, red, and purple. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnjeE6DyoTc This is *not* a CASE, though. I just wanted to use the colors!
I decided to use feathers instead of leaves for my fall card.
I used the inks to make a wash on watercolor card, and stamped the same colors on matching cardstock for the feathers. The bird and sentiment were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black, and then stamped again with Versamark and heat embossed with Ranger's Super Fine Clear embossing powder.
On the inside, I just mounted a layer of the orange cardstock with another feather in the lower right corner and no sentiment, making this a card I can use for just about any occasion. Couldn't get a clean picture of the inside, though.
