This card is for an "old" friend. Hopefully, it will put a smile on his face.
I stamped and colored the image with alcohol ink markers. I did an extra balloon, so I could pop it up with foam tape. the sentiment is also on foam tape. The background paper is Ciao Bella The Sounds of Autumn.
The small frog at the bottom is stamped on the envelope.
