I liked the cards that Bonnie Pratt posted with the tags on the card front that I used the idea on this card. Bonnie, thank you for sharing.
I fussy cut the four tags from Ciao Bella, The Sound of Winter, paper. I inked the edges of all the elements. I cut slots in the background layer so tags could be inserted. I added snow to the lantern, pinecones, and all over for snow. I punched holes in the tags and added twine.
