Here is another birthday card I made for my step daughter. Used Hero Art Balloon stamp, embossed it and then used dimensional paint & filled w/glitter while still wet. Used a foam checked stamp on the bottom with versamark ink, stippled the white cardstock with purple ink. Hero art Happy Birthday stamp also embossed
