Oh I wish you could see the shimmery light glitteriness of the copper ink pad. Hate throwing away my old cheap ink pads (AC Moore brand) that are starting to dry out (granted, some of these are 6 or more years old!). They stink at stamping but great for making backgrounds!
SamSam is a hunter at heart (leftover survival instincts from his street hustling days). After bugging me relentlessly while I was trying to work, I treated him to 15 minutes of bird watching/hunting. He sooooo smart - after about 3 minutes, he started looking behind the monitor to find the birds (which kind of worked as there was a whole bush of birds right outside the windows!).
