With the circle stencils I wanted to create a "birthday balloon look" in all rainbow colors.
I diecutted out the sentiment with the Happy Birthday Word Die 5 times.
4 times from black cardstock and once directly from the card front.
Then I put everything together and glued it back on the card front.
With the black cardstock under the colorful one, the sentiment is stand out more.
Finally, I covered the lettering with Nuvo Glitter Drops and glued some sequins here and there.
