I think that these heartfelt cards will be for my ladies in the care centers for February.
I inked the background with DI Vintage Photo, and splattered Tattered Angels Rose Red. The girl focal image in from the Santoro Heartfelt Decoupage Pack. This one needed to be colored so I used colored pencils for the hair and alcohol markers for the skin and dress. The layers of the image are popped-up with foam tape. I glued on heart gems and flower sequins. The tag was punched, inked, and I hand wrote the heartfelt.
