I cut out both colors of 'NOEL' with my Cricut machine. Used Wink of Stella on it added glitter glue for the birds eyes and used 3D foam underneath for dimension. I embossed the light purple with my Cuttlebug machine. Added a ribbon and made the envelope. Thanks muchly to all of you for your comments, votes and kind messages :o)Ro
