THIS IS AWESOME!!! What a wonderful showcase to his Military service. Being that myself, my husband & my son are all in the Army National Guard - this is a great thing to set up. Also- my father-in-law is a Korean vet. Thanks for sharing this great idea.
I have had 2 of of these boxes since my son was in Elementary School (he's 20 & in the Army now, 1 of the teachers aides gave to me) that I didnt' know what I was gonna do to them. What a great idea! Thank you for sharing this.
This view shows two sides of the treasure box made to hold the pins, medals and other small 'treasures' that represent his military service years.
The Military Truck Art stamp was stamped with StazOn onto a self-adhesive transparency, then adhered to a portion of the patterned paper that had been sanded and painted over with inked gesso. Some additional photos of Mickey were also collaged onto this side. The name "SPITZER" is stamped and heat embossed with distress ink on the narrower side.
