oday we are going to make a very special project… full of details and so easy to make that you are going to love it!

Since I saw Cosy Days Collection I fell in love with it. It’s so sweet and so wonderful… It has such amazing products that you will feel completely inspired…

What are we going to make? A lovely mini album full of envelopes… Let's get started!

We have to make 6 envelopes and an endless accordion spine… simple and beautiful. You can make this project in any size you want. If you want to make a big album, you will need big envelopes.

In my case I made 6 envelopes of 4 3/4” h x 7 1/2” w (final size). You can use your electronic cutting machine, any other tool or even make them by hand.

For the spine we are going to cut 5 pieces of cardstock of 4 3/4” h x 2” w. Score them every 1/2”. As a result you will get a “M” shaped spine.

Glue one envelope to one side of the “M” shaped spine, and one to the other. Continue until you have all envelopes together. You will see the endless accordion spine… is lovely!

For the last envelope, cut a piece of cardboard of 4 3/4” h x 7 1/2” w (remember that this depends on the size of your envelopes). Cover with white or designer paper and glue it at the back.

Time to decorate our mini album!

I cut an extra envelope and I used it as a pattern. So, I cut different designer papers for every envelope. I even used my sewing machine to add some sewing details. The idea is to have a lot of space for photos and memories in this mini album.

I made some journal books with the Color Vibe “Fall” Textured Cardstock Kit, decorated some 4x4 and 4x6 elements and I made different structures as cascades and frames using the chipboard frames.

Use all you have to decorate… die cuts, stickers, chipboards, brads, washi tapes, stamps… And don’t forget the new puffy stickers and all the wonderful phrases of the sticker book. Play with all you have!

Isn't it a lovely idea?
