Pink Spoonbill, it takes me longer to decide on which photos go where than to cut them. The template gives you a visual on how they'll fit as well as cutting guides so it doesn't take long. I'm guessing maybe 20 minutes. The starter kit from Lea France includes two different pens to mark where to cut the photos. I have three of their stencils now and really like them. (Not pitching for them or anything, but they're becoming one of my favorite tools.)
Gentlewood Farms - I only cut photos that I know I can reprint if I goof. :-) I somehow lost one piece of the center photo between cutting and gluing. I cut a replacement piece from a a leftover piece of another photo.
I love the quilted look of this! I know you used a stencil, but STILL, it's an amazing piece of art. It takes courage to actually cut a photo like you did in the center, but the results are really great!
LOVE the geometric pattern, It enabled you to get so many photos on the page without being overwhelming. How long did it take you to cut all those pieces?
