Such an elegant and clever design! You used beautiful papers, they look stunning on the dark matting. And the rhinestones add a little sparkle, lovely. I am sure your aunt will love this card!

2021 Card #5 - My Sketchy Fun Fold #2

My second card using my "Sketchy Fun Fold," lol. This time, I turned it into a top fold.

This will be a Mother's Day Card for my aunt. My mom died of cancer in 2000, and her sister fondly took over in support with life issues.

Now, I really need to get a better lighting set up. My floor lamp that provides most of my light at my little table has a stained glass shade. Every time I photograph Rococo Rose cardstock and ink (from Stampin' Up!), it looks more "orangy" than it is. Looking at the card in natural light, the CS and ink almost exactly match the Rococo Rose in the DSP. I cut the paper flowers from a scrap of the paper, too, and used Rococo Rose to add splatter in some. Same deal, the Rococo Rose looks off in the photo, but matches in natural light. Weird.
