2020 was definitely a weird time - horrible with deaths, hospitalizations and sorrow; frustrating with groceries out of everything (I mean, e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. except lamb and fresh vegetables!); strangeness with toilet paper being “gift” items (the pack with the kittens were from my mom who thought the packaging was cute...and was afraid I didn't stock up properly....which I didn't), the other rolls are from friends; weird ideas (one DC restaurant used mannequins to create a “normal” dining experience?); funny sightings (masks on everything!) and whackadoo behavior (I bought 60 rolls of TP and 100 travel bottles of hand sanitizer from my special events distributor)....but also heartwarming moments - neighbors helping neighbors, creative ways to engage (virtual wine tasting anyone?) and thankfulness for the small blessings. (Journaling on the hidden tag.)
