My fiftieth birthday

During a pandemic you can not celebrate your birthday as usual. No party, no friends. Just a cozy time with my family. I did get cake, presents, sparkling wine, tasty food and lots of flowers. I met my parents and siblings digitally and was moved to tears. I had a wonderful birthday after all.
