I did this LO using Karen Foster's Outer Space Collage Paper. The photo is DS about 17 yrs ago! I also used the coordinating KF rub-ons, stickers and charms. The photo is triple matted using scraps of DCWV and Bazzill cardstock. Notice how the Ray Gun rub-on is on both the cardstock and the photo. The photo is sort of sandwiched between the cardstock and the rub-on.
