This is a first for me, I have never used a pearlescent background for a layout before. And sticking with pastel colours gives the design an ethereal feel. I worked with stencils and stamps and blending foam. Finally, I coated the balloons in a iridescent gold acrylic fluid which I permanently "borrowed" from hubby's woodturning workshop....... The inks are all distress oxides.
