This is a Design Team Layout I did with the February Kit at www.addictedscrappers.com! LOVE this kit! It's so different than the other February kits!
I made my own "ribbon" with the reverse side of the flowered patterned paper. I cut a strip, wrinkled it up, and sanded it! Love how it turned out! Hope you do too and thanks for taking a peek!
