My granddaughter was finally allowed to catch the school bus in year one just before she turned 5, and she was so excited. Whilst they didn't insist on the little ones wearing masks, she wanted to be part of the crowd so she had one too. The bus only takes them one mile to the next village but it was all part of the great adventure!
