I used Prima Watercolor Décor Coloring Book to make this card. The floral background was darkened with colored pencil. I die cut an oval from the page, and poped it up on the card with foam tape. I fussy cut some of the remaining florals and glued them down peeking out from behind the oval. I stamped the sentiment. I matted with several colored layers behind the focal image. Some gems for bling.
