I didn't used to be a big fan of watermelon, it was very inconsistent and unpredictable. Then I bought a personal sized watermelon, and another, and another! I've yet to get a bad one. They were perfect for grilling, my first time trying that, thanks to the 101 Ways to Enjoy Summer checklist! I found a seasoning recipe onling and it made it even better. Someone else told me about sprinkling Tajin seasoning on a slice of watermelon, that became a regular go-to and a year round staple! The pineapple was delicious, not a new thing, we've grilled it and put it on hamburgers in previous years. The jeweled pineapple on the page is actually cut out from a Papyrus greeting card I saw in a grocery store. I check the rack often for things to add to pages.
