For the March Use your Scraps challenge. I made a tag of the Titanic with headlines if it's sinking. I used Tim Holtz oxide distressed inks cracked pistachio and faded jeans. Acrylic paints by Apple Barrel Caribbean, white and deep navy. Tag was brushed first with mod podge. Also used was a piece from Tim Holtz Ideology base boards Junkdrawer. I downsized the banner pieces cut from Umbrella Crafts time die set Triangle penants. The images were downloaded and matted with scraps as well as scraps from The Paper Studio Murphy's Square. The bottom penants were pieces leftover from 49&Market. TFL!
