Floating Faberge Egg Easel Card

Last, but not least, my favorite Easter card. This was my take on a card by Toni (Little Black Dress) from a tutorial she shared on the Reneabouquets blog.

Special thanks to Renea for the gorgeous Beautiful Board Faberge egg and Rose Beautiful Beads! Also, to Lisa (Iluvcats) for the tiny white diecuts from a past swap. I used Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder on the egg before adding the beads. The egg is glued to a piece of acetate to make it appear to be floating.

I diecut the oval frame using Spellbinders Medallion Ovals and made the little flowers also using Spellbinders Floral Oval die set.

I typed and printed out my sentiments, then backed them with cardstock. The floral paper is Watercolor Floral from Paper Studio.
