Up On the Roof

Several of my great-nieces and nephews sitting up on the roof of a shed. It's not the greatest photo with their faces in shadows from the sun behind them, but it has such meaning for me. They come from four families and three different states. Their wet hair makes me fairly sure they've been playing with their aunt's slip-n-slide. And they are hanging out on a shed roof, just like their parents and grandparents before them did.
