OK, this is a heavy page, but it's important.
I came across a screenshot from the New York Times that I'd taken back in May when the US hit 100,000 deaths. The cover page was overwhelming. I went back and re-read the article and it overwhelmed me again so I decided that in addition to the screenshot I wanted to include the full article in my 2020 family album. I typed up the article, blew up a portion of the screenshot of the front page and added a couple simple papers.
Rather than travel and event filled pages, my 2020 album is going to be filled with largely stay at home stories, many Covid related, but I think those are incredibly important moments, feelings and memories to be documented and remembered.
I think I need to scrap a happy page next!
