This is the page before the exhibits - explaining where we are. I almost went with just brown cs and pps for the squares but it looked too drab. I found some red scraps and used them. Then I did some stenciling. I used a sketch too. I used an old Creative Memories square punch and a star punch ?

cs - Bazzill (red), pp - Frances Meyer, stencil - Clear Scraps, chalk ink - Tsukineko

Journaling: Tonight we go to a Star Party! We decide to go up to Frank N. Nash Visitor Center at the McDonald Observatory during the day to see exhibits and check out what we have to do for tonight. We checked in with our etickets and we are given stickers to wear tonight. The observatory sits on a peak overlooking the town and is part of the Dark Sky community. You can see two domes from the entrance of the Visitors Center – they are the white domes of the Otto Struve and Harlan J Smith Telescopes atop Mount Locke.
