I was experimenting with using paint dots here. I got the idea from a scrap mag that featured the idea and layouts by Lisa Le-Ray.
Journaling at bottom reads:
"The Spectro Magic Parade...what an incredible display of lights! Disney goes all out when they put on a show. I feel most like a child again here, "oohing" and "ahhing" at everything, craning my neck to see if I can get a glimpse of what is next in line. And, I'll admit, the sight of the huge gargoyle/demon from "Fantasia" sure does give me the willies!
