I only got to meet my grandma on my mothers side once (at an age I can remember) but I can see from the photos how much she loved me. My dad was still a student and my parents were just making do but he had promised my mom that he would send her to Japan; they had just enough money for me and my mom to go in 1970. I think we stayed for almost a month. I just turned 4 so my memories are vague but I DO have memories, which I cherish. I journaled some of those thought in the hidden journaling at the top of the LO.
