6.5x5 white card base. Cut the design from Tidal Wave card (Tonic) and aqua blue glitter card which I layered behind the design. I also cut the moon from silver shimmer card and then layered on top of the design. I matted my card with silver shimmer first and then Tonic specialty paper in a green leaf design. I stamped Congratulations in Library Green in Archival ink on white card which I then layered onto silver shimmer card. I mounted the main design onto my card using a 1.8 inch thick foam tape.
