Just loading these 3 cards back into my gallery.
This was in www.scrappintrends.com's December 2006 Ezine. I used scraps to create the heart, attached them to the card, then stitched a heart shape over the top. The wording is done on the computer and chalked with pink chalk. A gold heart brad is added at the top and all edges inked with brown ink.
