Entered into Mays Inspirational Challenge for the Color Inspiration also entered into the Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge. The colored strips were scraps. I cut the strips a little thinner than I should have so this is a pretty small card but Im not calling it a mini. The shiny white die cut "hug" was in a gift pkg from our friend 1stBetty. Thanks Betty! The black under it is one that I cut out. I added some white glitter dots. I used a ready made envelope from my stash.
