Wowzers...look at all that beautiful shine. I think that you can get laser ink copies made at office supplies stores, and then foil them with the Minc. I haven't tried it, but it sounds like an interesting idea. You got so many great things at the sale, and love how you used them!
Ive been playing with the new to me Minc machine that I got at the flea market a couple wks ago. The back ground piece is the nearly clear negative of the layer underneath which is the piece that actually got the foil. To do this, I crinkled a piece of the foil and applied it to a piece of the black ink-like paper that came in the box of supplies. The paper that got foiled isnt as pretty as the nearly clear one I used on top. I applied double sided adhesive to the nearly clear negative piece then applied it to a piece of white card stock. I die cut "Christmas Blessings" with the new to me dies I got from the flea market and I used another new die that I had for the poinsettia. I hand punched the gold sprig underneath and I added a gold gem to the top of it. The punch I used for the sprig was also a purchase from the flea market. I made a simple white envelope for this card. Thanks so much to all who comment, vote or send friendly messages :o)Ro
