I cut a rectangle piece of chipboard-like stuff from an old folder I had on me, which is a very thick paper material. I chose the Out of control skull design papers by creative imaginations. I covered three chipboard stars with matching papers. I used several different kinds of lettering. I used metal swirls, flowers, distress the edges of the stars with ink. I used fibers to attach the stars.
