For the title I used some old foam alphabet stamps and acrylic paint. Once I had the letters stamped I cut them out with my scissors and then outlined each letter with a fine tip sharpie. They aren't perfect but I think it just adds to the layout.
I cut the paper into strips and distressed each edge before gluing it onto the background cardstock. I then machine stitched across the top and bottom of each strip.
