We didn't have a whole lot money back in the day (my dad was still a grad student, working multiple part-time jobs and my mom had an admin position while still learning English) so we did a lot of picnics, hiking, camping and museums. Looking back, I have such happy memories of our these outings. These photos are from our picnic and hike in North Adams (MA) in June of 1970.
