Story about our adopting Noonan in 2008. I had DH write the journaling as he was the one to find Noonan. We miss him.

Journal:One day in July 2008 Dennis went to the Pet Supply Store to buy a new litter box. Walking past the area where cats available for adoption were displayed, of course he stopped to look. A sweet face with one amber eye and one blue eye caught his attention, so Noonan became a member of our family. He was rescued from Animal Control in Carson City and was under a death watch when the cat rescue people took him, and he came with his name and documentation. He was 5 years old and had the softest, thick fur coat and sweet personality. Noonan became a wonderful lap cat and bedtime cuddle buddy for ten years and enjoyed romping around with Cisco who was two years younger. When his health failed in 2018, we had to have him euthanized with great sorrow. His photo is still the desktop display on Dennis’s phone so he is seen every day, and will never be forgotten.
