Making Kiavonne's Sketchy Fun Fold Card

Kimy's (Kiavonne) Sketchy Fun Fold card is a real Showstopper!

After seeing her different versions in the gallery I decided to make one. Kimy kindly provided some guidance and after rooting through my stash for some appropriate cardstock and papers I went to work.

The champagne coloured cardstock comes from a pack of A4 sheets, purchased at Hobbycraft, a local UK store. It has a gorgeous satin sheen. The papers are from the P13 Always & Forever Collection.

I also used 2 of my favourite Sizzix 3D embossing folders, one for the base background, the second for the topper tile. Using a small piece of sponge, I gently rubbed some wax over the embossed areas to add a subtle shine.

I used up an eclectic mix of rub-on bits from my stash, added a few glossy mini hearts and a couple of shimmer gems (also from Hobbycraft).

This truly is a very special card design and will be my new go-to for very special occasions!
