Photo of my Daddy taken around 1947. No idea where he was or what he was doing...but I love the photo. I used really OLD Basic Grey paper collection called Cappella. Scalloped borders were punched with an old EK Success punch, and a notebook edge punch. Stars were cut with a die set. Title work was cut with dies from MFT. Journaling was computer generated and printed on the piece that I punched the notebook edge on. I added some Nuvo drops in rust (for some reason they look red on here), gold, and black. To make the circle of Nuvo drops, I just taped a circle die onto the layout and put the drops around the edge of the circle - removing the die AFTER the drops have dried. All the stars are coated with Crystal Glaze, as are the title letters. Some of the stars are pop dotted and some are adhered directly to the page. Added a few lines of pen stitching to finish.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
