To highlight a recently found photo I used blue paper with multicolred hearts. I cut it into 2 rectangles and used a paper punch to add a decorative edge to both pieces. To tie in with the paper I also punched a heart in the photo. To draw attention to the photo I used multicolored ribbons. A "flash" was used to back up the title for a play on words.
