I agree with Peggy, this is pure fun and very creative! Love the neutral background and how you added splashes of the colours from the hats. Wonderful embellishments, beautifully coloured large hats! My fave are the flower, leaf and hat clusters!

Again, I had to resort to clipart for the hats. I printed them and filled in with colored pencils. I found a Pretzel Goldfish rubber stamp on ebay years ago, but I wanted it to look like a Regular Goldfish cracker, so I cut the "salt" nibs off with an X-acto knife, it worked! I found the Hat brads at eyeletoutlet.com I actually went to the site for some record brads, but found a bunch of other cute stuff as well while I was there.
