The title comes from the song "We Need a Little Christmas" from the musical Mame. Since a variety of patterns were used on this layout I kept the layout itself pretty simple using papers I have had for a while. The background was broken up with 2 strips of coordinating patterned paper and a heart with a 3rd coordinating pattern was place at the vertex. The strips were outlined with bling. Another heart with a 4th coordinating pattern was placed at the opposite corner of the layout. Both hearts were matted on solid paper so they would stand out from the background. The title was cut from solid stock in a thicker font so it too would stand out from the background. The hearts and title were cut using cricut.
