The front desk lady who basically managed the entire school, recently lost a 3 week battle with Covid. We are all devastated. She was the most loving, kind, meek, servant-hearted person. Hundreds of times I would go into the front office to ask her for something that only she could give me, and there would be a line of people needing her help. Never once was she short with me or snappy. She poured her life out for God, her family and all of the students and families at the school and her church. She always had my back and my daughter's back. I will try to honor her by using her beautiful example of a human being to try to be more like her. Her family, the school and anyone who knew her was blessed to know her. I made this card for her grown daughter, who also happened to teach my daughter. And what blows my mind is she was healthy and in her 40s.
