Fun day paddle boarding with “new-ish” friends (friends of a friend), Victoria and Eric. It was their second time on a SUP so the first hour was fun (for me) as we went over how to paddle and stay upright. The funniest moment was when Eric complained that paddling was hard work and he wasn’t getting anywhere. While trying to figure out if it was his paddle or his technique, I noticed he was standing on his board backwards so he was fighting his own fin.

When we were done, we had a leisurely lunch in the cafe and watched as the rain began. All in all, it was a perfect day!
